Passover is a Jewish holiday with so many symbols and and for many is such an exciting holiday. Like most Jewish feasts a fish is usually served at the start of the meal. This passover try this delicious year round recipe, adapted to suit your kosher for passover palette.
The ingredients needed are
1. Fillet of sole
2. White wine
3. Shallots (onions are an option as well, but shallot with wine gives a better taste)
4. Three egg yolks (stirred)
5. 2 ounces of butter or margarine (if you can keep your meal dairy butter is the most preferable)
6. Chopped parsley for garnish
Lets begin
1. place the fillet piece in an oven proof pan.
2. Sprinkle in salt, pepper to taste and add shallots.
3. Pour in enough wine to cover all of the fish
4. Cook fish in the oven until done.
5. Pour off the liquor into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
6. Add the hot liquor sauce to eggs, mixed with the juice of one lemon
7. Pour it over the fish
8. Add chopped parsley as a garnish
9. Serve hot
